Where Healing and  Growth Begin

Therapy invites a deeper understanding of what’s unfolding beneath the surface, creating space for clarity, emotional depth, and meaningful change. In moments of change or uncertainty, the process becomes a companion in rediscovering your direction.

It might feel like a constant hum of anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt that won’t quiet down. These feelings can show up as challenges in communication or connection with others, or through shifts in identity or direction — whether planned or unexpected. Sometimes it’s the weight of perfectionism, burnout, or struggles with self-worth. Other times, it’s a vague sense that something feels off, even if the exact cause isn’t clear.

Sometimes what’s asking for attention isn’t easy to name.

Insight

Meaningful change begins with understanding, not judgment. Compassion holds space for complexity, making it possible to explore what’s been difficult without needing to hide or rush through it.

Healing happens in relationship. A sense of trust, attunement, and mutual respect allows the therapeutic space to feel steady, honest, and collaborative — the kind of connection that supports real change.

Insight is the foundation of lasting change. When the deeper patterns behind thoughts, feelings, and behaviors come into focus, they become easier to work with — and shift in ways that feel aligned and meaningful over time.

Questions, Answered.

What can I expect in the first session?

Our first meeting is a 60-minute consultation focused on understanding your background, current challenges, and hopes for therapy. It’s also a space to get a feel for whether this work—and this relationship—feels like the right fit.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

Both! I offer in-person sessions in New York City, and virtual therapy for individuals and couples located in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

How long are sessions, and how often will we meet?

Ongoing sessions are 45 minutes. Most clients meet weekly, though we’ll find a pace that feels sustainable and supportive for you.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about what’s possible with the right support, therapy can be a meaningful place to start.
